Get out the holiday brochures, read books with an exotic flavour, do anything that takes your mind off whatever is standard, expected and the same as yesterday. Aim to stretch yourself in at least one activity during the day. Though frankly it`s more of a mind than a body stretch you will want. Neptune around can lower your energy levels and motivation for dreary practical chores. So do not force the pace, or demand too much of yourself.
